Our Services

  • Therapy

    We offer Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy for children and parents. Through play, movement, and art, children can explore their senses in a nurturing space. Parent Coaching is offered to enhance skills and to empower parents. We also provide perinatal therapy for expectant and new caregivers through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

    Parenting takes a village, and we are here to support you every step of the way. Our welcoming community space is designed for parents to come together, build connections, and share their experiences in a warm and understanding environment. Whether you're navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood, seeking guidance, or simply looking for a place to feel heard, our space offers a sense of belonging.

  • Workshops

    We offer wellness workshops for organization seeking support for issues related to young children (birth to age six) and parents navigating the prenatal and postpartum journey. Our workshops incorporate expressive arts to enhance wellbeing, reduce stress and foster a sense of community.

At Nurturing Nature, we create a warm and supportive space for young children (birth-eight years old) and their families.

Hi, I’m Lara!

A Nurturer and Connector, art and nature-loving Wife and Mom.

Nurturing Nature began as my way to support children and parents to thrive through their challenges and to cultivate a strong bond.

Here, we help parents feel empowered and support children to get back to the joy of childhood and feeling connected to their family!

Our approach integrates restorative practices, mind and body awareness and expressive arts therapy to help you and your child meet your goals!
